SmartIPM presents the simplified sampling protocol for protected tomato crop at IS@M progress meeting held at Inra – Sophia Antipolis, France, last 23-24 November 2017.
The project Interreg Marttimo IS@M held its annual progress meeting last 23-24 november 2017 at Inra Sophia Antipolis, France. This meeting served to analysing first year results of implementing IPM in ornamental crops (roses, cyclamen, anemones, ranunculus), olives and horticultural crops (artichoke, rosemary, basil, zucchini, tomato), with the help of the DSS S@M.
The simplification carried out in the SmartIPM tomato sampling protocol was presented and served to convey discussions on the optimisation of the other sampling protocols, whether in the pest variables to monitor or the way of monitoring and noting pest observations.
